Online Return Policy:
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns for store credit or exchange on orders postmarked within 5 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, home & gifts, special orders, trunk show items, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store
location.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
Shipping
We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $10. Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary standard shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information.
Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather. No overnight shipping is offered at this time.
